Liberty Stash is a ****
Liberty Stash does not provide any communication channels if you are unable to access the app. E-mails to Liberty are ignored. Without access to the Liberty Stash app one is unable to do anything. One cannot access their funds, make additional deposits or check balances. What a ****!

I suggest you obtain facts before making false statements on the matter. I refuse to provide information that was already submitted to Liberty. I presume you and your team are competent enough to read e-mails that are sent to you and to assist your clients accordingly.
Me doing you a favour and bringing to your attention an issue that a client of yours is experiencing does not make the matter my problem to resolve, nor will I assist Liberty for no benefit to me. Please escalate the matter to someone competent to understand and attend to it if it is higher grade for you and the Stash team!
