Liberty stash doesn't process cash out on time!!!!!!!!

I transferred the funds from my stash app to my capitec account because I urgently needed the money. Transfer was done on the 15 until now it is not reflecting on my account. Went to the bank to check if there's anything pending on their side they said no, no transfer was done. Liberty states a 7 day waiting period however it is day 6 and they haven't even auctioned the transaction on their side. So disappointed, easy to take the money, difficult to get it back!!!. Closing the account and deleting the stupid app, what's the point if it will be a mission to get MY money back!!!
