Liberty/ Stanlib Investment

I app**** to my Stanlib financial advisor to surrender an offs**** Liberty / Stanlib policy in October 2023 because of its very poor performance over 3 years. I have written and complained about this matter extensively on Hello Peter before and to the various departments within Liberty and Stanlib to no avail. They point fingers internally at eachother but almost 6 months later, i am still waiting for access to my my funds. I regret ever putting my hard earned savings into this company.
