Liberty short-term (unreliable) insurance

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Liberty short term car insurance is *******. I logged a claim with them last year in August it took them 1 month to begin processing the claim (I had to continuously call them to follow up on the status of my claim while driving around in a damaged car). Once my car was fixed they “started” the recovery process. To this day the legal department at Liberty has not even initiated that process. I am very disappointed, they are not worth the money please don’t consider this insurance company at all.
