Liberty seems to be slipping with their "excellent service"... not sure if I can still call it excellent service or recommend them anymore!!!

<p>I have a policy with Liberty Life (through a financial broker) and Im actually shocked that they are taking so long to give me feedback regarding the payment of my financial protector(My financial broker is also waiting for Liberty to respond) response was sent to Liberty on the 13th of OCTOBER 2016!</p> <p> </p> <p>My Financial protector had a guaranteed minimum amount of R18328.28 when I took the policy as per the documentation I have(was also submitted to Liberty). After 5 years I decided to stop it as I noticed it had grown by only R20.32 which is a total waste of time! </p> <p>I was informed that Liberty takes 3.5% commission and 1.5 or 1% for the guaranteed amount! </p> <p>With that being said... this is my problem - The payment I noticed for the financial protector is less than the Guaranteed amount! R18328.28 vs R17 841.84.</p> <p>I queried this and have no feedback up to date.</p> <p>My policy number is ********** 3200.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im still waiting for Liberty to give me feedback!</p> <p> </p> <p>A Very disappointed Liberty Client!</p>
