Liberty/SARS Payment

There are not words at how I am shocked by the lack of professionalism checks and balances at Liberty. To cut a very long story short the tax year 2014 is my second year having hugely inconveniencing debacle with SARS because of Liberty! Liberty made an error & paid SARS monies that were not due (using my tax reference), this payment has not halted my refund from SARS. You would think that since it is Liberty that is at fault they would handle my matter with some sense of urgency. NO. I have been dealing with Wayne Aysen and Nomachana Pendu and all I get is non-answers. My last request for them (Liberty) to find out when SARS was to finalize the issue of the refund, I was told it would be after 21 days. My question then was what is the date frame of the 21 days as I have submitted my return on the 2nd of July. They did not care (Wayne & Nomachana) to contact SARS and get the date frame, all I got was an assumption from Wayne. Well that is not good enough. In 2014 it took 5 months for Liberty to sort out the mess they created (after not paying SARS) even when the money was deducted from my pension fund. Now this year they pay SARS when they were not suppose to. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP M
