Liberty *****s your money and wont pay in time of need!!!!

I just want to warn customers regarding the Liberty Income Protector policy. I have been paying this policy for years only to discover how tedious the claiming process is when you are retrenched. Liberty comes up with a million excuses for validation of a claim and still expects you to pay a premium while unemployed—the policy in place for such an event! Valerie More in escalations is so useless dealing with a complaint! No effort, no urgency, no ****ing care! Insurance companies like this make millions off people with no ****ing shame!!!!!! I want my ****ing policy paid out!!!!
