Liberty ****s pensioners

My Mother joined liberty in September 2009 when she goes on pension in 2020 they said he policy is being terminated she tried to find out why they canceled it and she never stopped paying since but her issue is still not resolved when she ask them for debit order they will send it and never debit is like they have a tendency of ****ming pensioners,my mom want them to pay all her money since 2009 September until May 2023 because she being paying but they cancel her policy with her concern please help hello peter
