Liberty run around

I have an outstanding issue with Liberty now for three months and in that time the only feedback has been one phone call after i posted a review on Hellopeter, is this what it takes a company the size of liberty to respond to an issue. I find this totally unexcitable.

I have a policy that matured two months ago and they will not pay out untill my previous company give the go-ahead. As explained to them that this company closed down in 2005 and no longer exists, the only Director of the Company in SA is deceased . Liberty then asked the auditors to give the go ahead to pay this police out but they are not willing to provide that undertaking as they are no longer the auditors and have not been since 2005.

I feel liberty are stalling this for their own gains. i am the beneficiary of this police and it has matures and should be paid out on maturity.

Very sad that a company as big as Liberty can't get the basics right.
