Liberty Rewards *******

Last year I was convinced to convert my my gym membership to liberty as I was informed that I would receive discounts and more value etc .. to do this I had to pay a ounce off activation fee at the gym aswell as 2 liberty policies , recently liberty has decided to pull out of virgin active which means I have to join back to vitality , which mean I have to pay a reactivation fee of 1500, I feel that this absolutely nonsense as they were the ones who convinced me to move in the first place why must I repay to join the gym as this is no fault of my own and I was not notified that there could be a case like this that i would have to repay to join the gym, since then I have lost faith in Liberty and Urge any other customer facing the same problem to cancel all policies taken out by liberty as you don't have any idea what could happen down the line!! please get this matter resolved as I intend on spreading the word to people I know and urge then to cancel all ties with liberty <br> <br> <br> Thank You , Hope I receive clarity on the matter soon
