Liberty Retirement Annuity Payout
The service from Liberty has been a bad experience and unexpected regarding the one third cash payout with a Retirement Annuity. To wait for your money, that you have contributed over many years and entrusted with Liberty, for nearly a month without any result or explanation for the delay is a great concern and to say the least, quite shocking and worrying. Do they not have the money available or is it just plain bad service and incompetence? Still waiting for an answer.

27 Sept 2024, 11:59To top the bad service from Liberty they send a MISLEADING message afterwards stating that payment has been fully released and to be expected in my bank account within 48 hours. This has nothing to do with the one third payout that is in question. They also promise to forward the complaint to senior level but still NO response from them except a survey to rate their service !
