Liberty rejecting a health checkup with Life Cover

I took up a life cover policy in 2009. I had a health check during covid and my weight did increase, and then they increased my premium. I have dropped a lot of weight but Liberty has suspended my advisor to log a health checkup since I requested it from last year. If the checkup is not done by end of Feb 2026, the I will have to move all my liberty policies elsewhere. Tel ***
