Liberty refuses to transfer my pension fund to new financial service provider

I requested liberty to transfer my pension fund to another financial service provider upon resigning from my previous job (31 Oct 2019) 10 months ago. It is the 07 Aug2020 and still my money has not been transferred. This is unacceptable I have been given the run around in June I was sent an email to say it has been done to my surprise on the 5th of Aug after I have followed up that’s when I was told my tax number is outstanding and new policy details which has been furnished to them a long time . The new financial service provider has given Liberty all the details they need to do this transfer. I am not happy at all with their service especially my representatives Carika Ferreira and her boss Francois Riekert. Bad service from both of them, if I don’t follow up they do nothing
