Liberty refuses to process disability claim
Never insure anything with Liberty, i have a life insurance and also disability insurance with liberty, Making a disability claim and they have given me the run around to provide documents after documents (which i produced) now they asked for my medical aid excel sheet for claims, which my medical aid say they don't have such and can't provide that. now liberty refuses to process the claim. Am happy am not dead because liberty would have given my family more sorrows. Insurance is suppose to give peace of mind with Liberty you can only get sorrows, grief and regrets.

Liberty keeps giving the run around asking for documents from my medical aid that was even before my insurance with them. Plus the keep taking their money from my account. Please if anyone reads this don't use Liberty if you do just know you still uninsured.
