Liberty refuse to give me answers

The employees at our company was forcefully instructed to move our provident fund from Liberty to Mibfa against our will. After more than a year at the new fund the employees got re evaluated and found some employees may move back to Liberty. Now all funds has been transferred back to Liberty but Liberty refused to re instate my old profile with the preservation fund and combine the money transferred from Mibfa, my existing profile and the preparation fund money into one profile. For the past 2 years I am not sure how much money is available, what my pension pay out will be or am I still an active member. Liberty refuse to make contact and supply answers. I have reported Liberty to the FSCA but still no answer. Next I will be handing this matter over to the ombudsman.

So Liberty responded with a 855 word essay about policies and terms and conditions but not one answered my questions. Why has the section 14 transfer been signed in May 2023, the money has been transferred to Liberty on 12 September 2023 but doesn't show up anywhere on my profile. Further can Liberty not provide any answers on how much money I have lost due to miss administration from them or how they going to refund me. Guess this is time to go to court. I had enough. Two and a half years of fighting to keep my money safe. Liberty should not even managed a savings ***gy bank for a 5 year old.

So I'm still waiting on your reply. You see this is whayI have to put up with for the past 2 years trying to get answers. Liberty just doesn't care. As long as your money is in their pockets they happy.
