Liberty really taking liberties with me!!!!

Liberty - 0 stars, would NEVER recommend!!! I am back in the spin cycle with Liberty trying to get money back from a double debit. I am almost 2 months in and even after proving that I am owed a refund, I still have to follow up on them after the 10 working days to process the refund only to get calls from their consultants claiming that "NO REFUND IS DUE ON THE ACCOUNT". At this point the Insurance Ombud is my only hope because what the hell!!!! Like am I really still fighting for a refund from a December 2024 double-debit literally A WEEK BEFORE THE END OF FEBRUARY 2025?!
