Liberty RA *****ulent debit orders

Liberty debited my account five times in September but I was only meant to be debited twice.

1. 13 Sep - R1070 is correct 2. 14 Sep - R1070 is incorrect and has been reversed by FNB. 3. 15 Sep - R500 is correct 4. 18 Sep - R500 is incorrect needs to be reversed 6. 19 Sep - R1070 is incorrect and needs to be reversed.

An amount of R1570 needs to refunded but they are only refunding me R570 make it make sense? On top of it I incurred R600 in bank charges due to a lack of funds in my account after being debited 3 times too many.
