Liberty RA

Just a heads up to all looking to invest with Liberty. My late father took a RA with them. He passed on over 2 years back, in 2016. The executor of his estate gave the family attorneys financial advisor authority to act on their behalf and to date we are unaware of what information they require to pay out his annuity which he diligently paid every month without fail. Looks like they only like taking our money without providing the service expected when the time comes. Imagine the families that rely on these policies and investments as their sole source of income when the bread winner in the family passes on. Shame on you Liberty… You have none.
