Liberty Provident Fund

I have submitted my claim in the beginning of the month. Last week Tuesday 11 August 2026 I followed up and were told it would be paid during the week. Nothing happened. On Monday 15 August 2026 I phoned again and was told during this week. I went to the offices and they phoned and it was confirmed that I would have my money by Friday. Well well well ot is Saturday and yet no payment. This is the second time I have this struggle with Liberty and it is really frustrating.
