Liberty Provident Fund application delay

The Liberty Provident Fund system and procedures are the most frustrating. I had submitted my withdrawal application through a Financial Advisor "broker" appointed by my previous employer, on the 9th October 2024 I called Liberty corporate to confirm if my application was received and it was confirmed that the documents are in their possession.

On the 16th October 2024 I received an email that the withdrawal application form that I submitted was no longer in use and I have to complete the new withdrawal forms, I did complete the forms and circulated for signatures and was submitted on Friday the 18th October 2024.

The issues at hand now are: 1. Liberty never communicated with the financial advisors/brokers of the new withdrawal forms nor inducted them. 2. When I called on the 9th October 2024 this should have been picked up and communicated that there is a new version withdrawal forms, but this was not communicated. 3. They say it takes up to 30 days before payout, now they waisted my 30 days and I have to wait another 30 days for a payout?

I will not accept a late application process, Liberty is at fault and should treat my application as a matter of urgency, I submitted in time and expect payment by the 30th October 2024.
