Liberty Provident Fund- Almost a year and no payout.

Good Day, I was retrenched in August 2020 and part of my package was a contribution to a provident fund. I have been chasing up my provident payment since last year, including calling my previous HR dept. as well as your liberty call centre since last year but still no feedback is received.

I have spoken to multiple people who promise to get back to me regarding my payout. To date and almost a year later I have come to a point that I'm not getting the help I need. This is absolute nonsense that it takes almost a year and nothing is done.

Can you please direct me to the correct person or key account manager who can assist me urgently.

Im so frustrated now and going to report this matter to the Ombudsman for further investigation as no one is getting back to me. I just want to know what is the blockage?
