Liberty preservation fund

I am so dissapointed with the incompetance ,inconsiderate and unproffessional treatment /experience regarding the claim I requested since the 18th march 2024, funds were transfered last year in June or July but i did not receive any communication or documentation of the investment from liberty,now at claim stage nobody is taking responsibility of the claim it feels like i am begging for money,they are taking me from pillar to post, i only received documentations from liberty on the 6/06/2024 stating that the investment commencement date was on the 03\06/2024 where was the money for all the months since last year.I am struggling to receive the payment,they are giving me different turnaround times without any payment made on those dates. I am so ****ed off in a way that i will not consider or recommend anyone to invest with them.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
