I lost my husband 2 years and 4 months ago and to date after calls every week, emails, nothing is paid out yet. The consultants say that the claims department do not have telephones so they cannot transfer me to anyone. How does a department operate with TELEPHONES???????

I am told very week that someone will call me back in 24 to 48 hours and no one does. So I call back every week still absolutely nothing. Just got off the phone with Sihle and she says that I will be called back a little later. this is absolutely frustrating. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK AND CAN THIS CLAMI JUST BE PAID OUT.
