Liberty - Pension withdrawal pain

Dealing with Liberty is a horror. I submitted my pension withdrawal claim forms quite early to avoid waiting too long for the pay out. On 11 September I receive an SMS notification telling me that they acknowledge receiving my withdrawal claim and that their processing time for payment is 10 working days. Here we are 19 October and NOTHING. They say on the SMS that they will contact you should there be any problems, but that is a blatant lie, Liberty doesn't communicate at all!! Useless service, absolutely no communication from Liberty. People trust Liberty with their pensions, we pay diligently every month without fail but when it comes to getting the money out of Liberty they are silent and unhelpful. Avoid using this service if you can it will only lead to headaches. Liberty is obviously not here to help the people. They get 1 star since it can't go any lower!!
