LIBERTY PAY MY MONEY TO SARS INSTEAD OF ME AFTER 9 EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS AND NOW THEY WASH THEIR HANDS AND SIT BACK
<p>I had two policies that I wanted to pay out. When I have noticed that Liberty's personel is unable to pay one to me and one to SARS, I have put the one on hold. After we received an email from SARS stating that my status was cleared, I have contacted Liberty again to pay the money now to me. The did not even do a new tax clearance as I have requested but just went and pay the money to SARS. We have battle almost 6 weeks for them to pay to SARS and then again 2 weeks and again they pay to SARS. Now they do not have money to pay me my money, they just want me to sort out their mistake with SARS. And SARS told us 21 days and when we follow-up on 21 days we have to again wait for 21 days. And Liberty do nothing. I need my money from Liberty and they can sort out with SARS</p>

We were un-aware of you updated agreement with SARS when you requested us to proceed with the second payment. If we had known we would have reapp**** for a new tax directive. We really hope that SARS is able to finalise this matter and refund the money due to you as soon as possible.
