Liberty pay back the money.

My mom asked me to write on her behalf 3 weeks tht has passed for her refund from liberty life I don't know why must it make a customer wait for such a long time in a case where they are the one's who where irresponsible why is so hard to pay back the money but when they do unauthorized debit order they don't make u wait....3 weeks is a very long time
