Liberty Offs**** don't payout your money
Beware of investing with Liberty Offs****. You may not get you money when you need it. Since I app**** to withdraw my share of the funds from a policy it has taken 3.5 months for them to do their "compliance" which was done when the money was invested. I am still waiting. I was using this money to buy a property but it has taken so long to get this paid out I will likely lose my deposit and incur costs. It seems to be nearly impossible to get feedback on progress and I conclude I am being stonewalled at every turn.

11 Jan 2024, 10:12I have still not received any assistance even though you have been told this matter is of extreme urgency. The monetary and emotional damage that Liberty has caused me is staggering.
No matter what procedures I follow to complain I get no feedback and none of my messages left with Sharon du Preez, the supposed head of complaints, have been responded to.
If we don't get this resolved today we will go to social media to name and shame you.
Four months to do you compliance!!!!!!!

16 Jan 2024, 12:35Over the 6 days since my first post I got some response. But they were merely messages of delay. "We will get back to you during the day" is a way of shutting me up. Emails requesting updates are ignored. Liberty seem to have no concern of the damage they do by taking over 3 months to pay out a policy that I re**** on receiving within the 5 to 7 days originally promised.
I have gone through dreadful anxiety and think I have a real case for compensation which I will seak.
Sharon du Preez is very much aware of how urgent this matter is and the least she could have done is give me information on who I can contact to get action.
