Liberty not solving a problem they created

Been calling them for 3 weeks, sent them countless emails, when I get hold of someone they can't help me and say they will escalate. Nothing happens. I send emails explaining over and over just get message week later no further action required and nothing gets solved. the been paying out the wrong annuity for 2 months now short paying me. Do not invest with them. If I had a choice I would move.
