Liberty not responding

I have been send an email to liberty for 2 weeks now, they said they respond to mails within 72hours and I haven't received anything just someone requesting my ID and that was it. I do not want to withdraw from the 2 pot but need my provident fund. This is ridiculous how long should a person wait I'm getting annoyed now they very useless
