Liberty not paying my refund after continuing deductions from a canceled policy

Hello Peter I need help I had canceled my policy with liberty on much had two investment and 1 Funeral policy I requested for refund since they continue to deduct from my persal they only paid the two investment policy but still didn’t pay my funeral policy they still continue to deduct the owe me two months premiums funeral policy refund which they been telling stories and one month of my two investment I been calling with no positive response please help
