Liberty not helpful at all!!!!!!!!

I have been trying for 5 months... yes 5 months to sort out a tax issue with Liberty. Sad thing about this is the fact that the error has nothing to do with me, its between Bidvest and Liberty, yet SARS will not accept my e-filing claim because of this. Now for 5 months I have email back and forth between these companies. Bidvest sorted out their side, now I am waiting for Liberty - they have almost no communication with me. Today is D-day for filing my tax. Who do you think is going to pay the penalties... I guarantee you guys that Liberty will not. Its me... the little guy at the end of her rope that will get into trouble while the big corporate companies shake their heads at me. The people that I did get to talk to, was absolutely sweet and helpful, but after that... nothing. I have to constantly ask them what is going on, where I either get no response or a "we are looking into this" story. FIVE months!!! WHAT THE HECK! Today is D-day with no communication from them. I have no idea what to do now, or how long it will take for them to get back to me, or if they are even working on the problem. Good place to help you invest money, but heaven help you if you have issues after...
