Liberty not acknowledging my request

*** Maturity Letter I would like Liberty to process a maturity payment. I sent a letter on the 16thApril'22 , but still have not received acknowledgment. My first step was a conversation on service number *** ,the 1stApril, spoke to a consultant named Brighten, who also have not acknowledged my enquiry(i asked for necessary forms to be completed). It has been 23 days since my initial communication with Liberty , i cannot understand why i am not being heard. I sent another request today, and thereafter decided to post my experience on Hello Peter. Really hope this post awakens someone who will acknowledge and process my request.
