Liberty nonsense

So we were thing of getting life insurance with Liberty... but then decided not to proceed with the policy. Next thing a debit order goes off... and I call the consultant “Kyle” who said this was due to technical errors in their finance department.

Then my husband gets called as the debit order didn’t get done...

While checking my upcoming debit orders Liberty appears... so frustrated
