Liberty no customer care or service

I have been dealing with Liberty for years concerning my mothers estate. I finally got all the forms they require from the courts and they refuse to get back to me. They say within 10 days but they haven't. They do not care for customer service. Every other business didn't make hoops to jump through like Liberty, they paid out hassle free with great sensitivity and care. With Liberties current management style i cannot foresee them lasting and would withdraw all investments from them. SO disappointed and shocked.
