Liberty - no communication

It is totally unacceptable that I have had no communication from Liberty with regards to: a. reducing / increasing the draw down on my living annuity as per recent changes allowed by government for retirees; and b. changes that have been made to the Liberty Property Portfolio which has impacted my investment - I have lost 20% since January.

Liberty is quick to pay themselves an admin fee each month but cannot be bothered to communicate with their clients. Beware other investors - don't fall for "My Liberty" so-called claims. Liberty will not have your best interests at heart. I'm fed up!!
