Liberty must be a state owned entity - *****ing from the deceased

My dad is deceased. Died 2016, he had no will, I'm the only one left to claim, liberty insists on a letter from the masters of the court which will cost R12500 for them to pay me my dad's R4500 invested. What a way to justify keeping the money.........
