Liberty missing money
Since the end of September 2024 my husband has been attempting to withdraw his provident fund that is with Liberty. When he got a statement showing his funds he noted that there was a large lump sum missing. This is the money that was transfered from Santam to Liberty when he changed employers. To this day 31 October he still does not have the money and Liberty has advised that they cannot find this money that came from Santam. Santam has sent proof of transfer. This service is ridiculous!
