Liberty Misrepresentation and Client Insult
During Jan 2015 I moved my life cover back to Liberty (Ignatius van Wyk),I initially left due to poor performance & client support in a claim where Mr van Wyk simply refused to assist with the comment - \It is not my work to assist in getting claims paid out\"!And here we are AGAIN,a year later, having problems with both Liberty AND I v Wyk.During selling me the policy he informed me that I will have retrenchment cover on my policy, because he believes it's important.THERE IS NO COVER WHAT SO EVER FOR RETRENCHMENT!When lodging a complaint with Liberty,Mr Cooper stated \"We confirm that even if you had the benefit on your policy, and you wanted to submit a claim on the policy for that particular benefit, then the requisite documents would need to have been submitted for assessment.\"(His words). This IS AN INSULT!SO Liberty is now INDIRECTLY telling me that I am making a false claim?I just BET YOU they would LOVE to know what my SEVERANCE PACKAGE was so that they can try and invest it!Funny how they want your money BUT product MISREPRESENTATION is ok!Supply LIBERTY with ALL your paperwork to proof that YOU ARE NOT THE *********!They will get back to you in 48hr,HAHAHA simply to insult "
