Liberty likes to ***** people's money!!!!!!

On 6/11/24 I submitted my claim to withdraw from my policy, today it is 25/11/24 and liberty has given me the run around endless excuses to process my claim. Ref number: *** My honest experience is that liberty likes to take your money and then give you BS when you claim! I've spent hours wasting my time waiting, calling, escalation after escalation! I'm sick and tired of the BS! Escalate this to your CEO-Yuresh Maharaj that people want their money not this BS!
