Liberty Life's poor service

I must say that I am really disappointed in Liberty Life. They have poor service and I would advise not to take any policy with them. My dad has been struggling to get them to pay out a funeral policy for my late mother since February. I got involved on the 15th of June and they said that they have paid out. I asked them to send proof of payment, which they said that they will do within 48hrs. Its now been 17 days and they still have not sent any proof. I've called them 4 times since the 15th of June and they keep saying that they will send within 48hrs. They are quick to ask us to join them but they don't want to pay out when it is time to do so. Their service is extremely poor.
