Liberty Life - WORST and longest payout ever!!

More than a week ago I submitted a claim for a paid up policy. a Little pathetic small sum of money to be paid out within 3-5 working days - which I might add - NEVER EVER even takes that long. These people cannot even get that right !!! Still waiting going on day 6. I called and it was ‘escalated’ - well done Liberty Life - do you even know what ESCALATION stands for?! The worst I have ever come across!
