Liberty Life wont pay out policy.
Liberty life still dod not payout the policy held by my late wife who past on over a yea ago. They will keep on asking for documents you've sent over and over. To me its a situation of enjoying taking peoples money but find every excuse not to pay. So what if people are only dependent on this policy and what if they have no resources like telephone or email? Poor service at its best.
