Liberty life wont pay
I have submitted a claim.i have been sent from pillar to post.requiring lung function test.the pulmonologist clearly stated that they dont do lung function test to Covid patients due to contamination. Now liberty doesnt want to pay me because of that.or should I create a #tag on Twitter in order for them to respond to me.

12 May 2021, 17:34A lady by the name of Elna Lombard called me yesterday that 11/05/2021 she acknowledged receipt of my complaint.and promised to revert to me before end of business day yesterday.ive been trying to get hold of her on the number she phoned me with but no answer.
This whole this has not only affected me financially it also affected me emotionally and physically.i need an answer from you guys before I can take it further.im even tempted to create a #liberty on Twitter I just need that answer that I dont get from you guys.clearly you guys dont want to pay me.while I've been paying this insurance more than 10years now.it makes me wonder eve if my kids will ever be paid when I'm long gone.
