LIBERTY LIFE WON'T PAY PROVIDENT FUND

BIG COMPANIES MUST RECONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH LIBERTY LIFE!!!<br> <br> My husband who had been contributing towards a retirement pension fund with Liberty, resigned from his employer in South Africa. He app**** to have his fund paid out by Liberty and 4 months later Liberty has not finished processing the claim. Instead he has to keep calling and asking for an updates. He has been sent from pillar to post by the people working at the Braamfontein branch. Liberty Life is acting as though he is applying for a loan when this is his contribution. They keep asking for endless documents and claim to have everything they need and even go as far as to confirm pay out dates but they never keep their word! <br> O<br> If this matter is not resolved fast, I will expose this and all contacts at Liberty Corporate that gave us a run around on social media! Why must we have to embarrass you like this for you to do something? This poor service and inefficiency on your side is turning us decent people into maniacs!! Just stop this nonsense and sort out your payout protocols and make everything clear from the beginning of the claiming process!! It is time consuming! Next stop I'll contact Liberty Executives.
