Liberty Life what a disgrace

Its amazing how these Insurance companies take your investments and when its time to cash in on them after 15 years they simply make it as difficult as ever to pay you back your money. I am surprised of this conduct coming from Liberty once the Royal Royce's of the insurance industry but just like all call centers in S Africa its like they take the copybook from Dept of Home Affairs. As per usual the overpaid executives can never be reached or be found. Absolute disgrace. They seem to think an apology compensates for poor service.
