Liberty Life - Unprofessional, *********.
One of the most unprofessional groups I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not the place to invest if you actually want your beneficiaries paid. They ignore emails, **** promises to return calls which are never made. Over a month ago a claim for a small NPO for a small amount on a life policy was submitted. There is still excuse after excuse in an attempt to cover up what is clearly ineptitude.

30 Sept 2025, 06:59We have decided to move ahead with ***** charges, in addition we have submitted complaint forms to the ombudsman. This group needs us all to stand together and bring class action.
