Liberty Life Unhappy Service

I had a Funeral Cover policy with libertylife since 2013, and i jumped two premuims begining of 2024 and it was lapsed. They gave me an option to reinstate the policy and it was around that time of gitting the payback money. They requested the proof of payment for which i send, the problem started when they tell me abount 2021 missed premuims for which i changed the bank and i couldn't provide Proof of payments. The question is why didn't they leave it from since 2021 till 2024 not saying anything. I mentioned to allocate the payback amount to settle the oustanding amount for which they refused saying they dont pay payback to errears policies. They was the worsed service from them and i'm very unhappy about it
