Liberty life totally useless
I have taken up a lifecover with liberty 2018 When i taken the life policy my health was perfect. No doctors visits beside the flu. In may 2021 i was hospitalized for the first time in my life. I was disgnosed with cancer. Due to the cancer operation i had lost a kidney as well. I had discovery policies that had paid me without issues. Its now 2023 and liberty makes every excuse not to pay. They have been asking for stuff irrelevant to my issues. Past history before 2015. How ridiculous. All stuff has been submitted and all in order on my side. I advise people dont ever ever ever take a policy with liberty life.

01 Nov 2023, 18:57Thank you for your response. I have also sent a complaint to ombudsman. Liberty says my broker that my policy is less than 3 years (IS THAT AN EXCUSE. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM I DID NOT KNOW I WOULD GET SICK AFTER 3 YEARS) Im keen on getting an attorney and taking liberty to social.media if they dont sort my claim out.
