Liberty Life they hassle they don't pay!!

Well I did not received any pay out from Liberty for the loss of my kidney because of cancer in May 2015. Liberty said they don't pay out because of the fact that the other kidney will take over from the one I lost. The broker that sold the policy in the first place to me said Liberty will pay out and that Liberty Life and He (Wimpie Steenkamp) will surprise me!!! Liberty life is one big joke. They just want your money but don't pay when you claim. I took the case to the ombudsman but it looks like Liberty got them in the pocket to and the ombudsman pass the bug on to the ombudsman that deal with the financial brokers. Well so much for paying a policy - money in the water!! So I cancelled my policy and then Liberty life wrote me a letter to say that I must talk to my financial adviser because in my circumstances there's no other life insurer that will cover me!!! So they still want my money for WHAT!!!! Sorry no sent to a company that in my eyes stole from someone that was not informed that the policy is just a piece of toilet paper!!! I will tell and show everybody all the communication between me and Liberty, they are nothing but big *******! I will spread the news till I die!!
