Liberty Life the worst insurance ever

Liberty is the worst, they standards have really dropped, they dont communicate with their clients, it's just a struggle with them. My policy was lapsed twice in a year and they just dont give a dam to get back to people, I am so frosted with them I wish I disnt have to deal with them, I can afford to just leave all my had earned money just like that. I was a faithful client even when i wasnt working I paid my premiums and the the just lapse my policy cause the have *********** people working there. Oh goodness and dont forget about the communication, the dont know what is the meaning of communicating.
